What if I want an item that is marked ‘Sold Out’?

Give us a call! Sometimes items are marked as ‘sold out’ because a specific flower in that arrangement is not currently available. If you really like it and wouldn’t mind an adjustment, we can provide you the same arrangement and suggest a suitable replacement for whatever is missing.

What if I don’t know the recipient’s address?

Yes, kindly provide us with their name and phone number and we will contact them. We don’t disclose who the gift is from or what it is until the item is delivered unless you request for the sender to be anonymous.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery will be made on the date and within the time slot you choose during check out.

Can I pay cash on delivery?

We currently do not offer a Cash on Delivery option.

How can I cancel my order if I need to?

To cancel your order, kindly contact one of our branches by phone or Whatsapp. If the item is already prepared, reserved or shipped, we are unable to accept cancellation. For orders that have not yet been prepared, a credit note will be issued to you if your cancellation is accepted.

I’m having trouble placing my order. Who can I contact to help me?

What if I don’t see what I need on your website?

No problem! We make customized arrangements every day. So if you have something specific in mind, contact one of our branches and we will happily assist you.

How can I track my order?

You will receive e-mail notifications when your order is confirmed, shipped/ready for pick up and completed.

Will my order look 100% like the image on the website?

The arrangements will almost always look the same as the photo. However, its important to understand that all our products are hand made by different team members, so your product may not look 100% identical to that in the photos. In the rare occasion that a vase is not available, or the flowers are completely different, a member of our team will contact you to suggest a suitable replacement.

I have received my order but it’s damaged.

If you notice that the item is damaged, don’t accept it and contact us immediately. A replacement will be sent to you as soon as possible.

I have received my order but I decided I want to change something about it.

We are happy to accept any changes to your orders before they are prepared. If there is any price variation, you will be informed. For any changes or alterations after the order has been prepared or shipped, additional charges may apply.

I have received my order but I changed my mind and now I want to cancel.

After an order is prepared and completed based on your requirements, cancellations are not accepted. If the order has not yet been prepared or completed, a credit note may be issued for you depending on your case. Credit notes can be used within one year for any of our items.

Which countries do you ship to?

Currently, we deliver our items in Bahrain only.

What are your shipping fees?

For orders under 40 BD, the delivery fee is 2 BD. For orders above 40 BD, delivery is free of charge.
