As we are dealing with perishable items, returns are accepted for damaged or incorrect orders within the same day only.
Cancellation of orders cannot be accepted after the order has been prepared.
If a customer requests an order refund due to any reason and if the order has not yet been prepared, a refund as credit note will be given to customer. Refund credit notes can be used at any time for any item within one year.
